What are the Shipping costs?

Are there any additional duties or taxes?  
Usually there are no charges laid upon any orders but the international delivery may be subject to im port duties, taxes and custom processing fees in your country.  If you are unsure if your parcel will be subject to such fees you should contact your local customs o r postal authority.  Any such fees are solely the responsibility of the parcel recipient and you are responsible for payin g these fees.

What if I wish to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact with us in 24 hours after you placed the order.

How long do you anticipate the order will take to be filled?
Orders are processed on the same day the payment is approved by Pay Pal.  

How long do you anticipate the order will take to be shipped to the address of the customer?  
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 or 3 business days of receiving them. Due to it is an international delivery, delivery of items normally takes 7 to 14 working days after dispatch depends on destination.

All deliveries are with Express Mail Service(EMS)  and USPS.

Does the customer need to be home to sign for the delivery of the goods?
We advise that either you or someone you can sign for you be available for delivery.

Return policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are in new condition, unworn, unwashed, not altered and ALL tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days from the date of purchase, which is the date that is shown on your invoice. All sales are final on jewelry, accessories, handbags and sale merchandise. If you receive defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise to receive a refund. All shoes to be returned must be included in their original shoe box, unworn and unmarked.
